Cancellation & Refund Policy
All requests for cancellation of registration must be sent in writing & must be accompanied by the original to the conference secretariat at mcns2025@gmail.com
Deduction of the charges will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
- 25% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 30th November 2024.
- 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 31st December 2024.
- 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 15th January 2025.
- No refund will be made for requests made after 16th January 2025.
- Refunds will be made within 3 weeks after the conference by cheque only.
